ROOM DESCRIPTIONS
STANDARD Ocean view room with fan and private bath. Two of these rooms have 1 queen size bed and two rooms have a queen and two twin bunk beds.
DELUXE Ocean view, air conditioned room with private terrace, private bath and hot water. Each room has two queen size beds and satellite television.
SUITE Two ocean view, air conditioned rooms are connected by a large private terrace. Master bedroom has a king size bed, jacuzzi bathtub/shower and hot water. Adjoining room has a twin bed, sofa bed and private half-bath. Great for a family!
HOSTEL Ocean view private room with fan, small terrace and shared bath/shower. Two of these rooms have two full size beds and two rooms have one full and one twin.
DORMITORIO The dorm is a large covered open-air room with seven mattresses (full and twin). Towels available if needed.
HAMACAS Ocean view open-air room with 7 hammocks to choose from. Includes locker.
Stay 6 nights – 7th night free! / Kids 2-11 $3 / We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
Reservations
Reservations are highly recommended during the months of December through April, during the month of August and on Panamanian holidays (Feb 17-21, April 5-8, 2012). Hammocks and Dorms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You may call to see if there are availabilities. And of course walk-ins are always welcome! We will always find a place for you if we can!
Reservation Guarantee and Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for all non-holiday reservations. Full payment is required at the time of booking for holiday reservations. Holiday periods are: November 3-5, December 19-Jan 5, Feb 17-21, April 5-8, 2012.
Full payment is required for reservations made less than 5 days in advance of arrival date.
We accept MasterCard and Visa.
Non-Holiday Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a $15 administration fee.
Cancellations received 14 – 6 days prior to arrival, will be charged 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations received with 5 days notice or less will be charged 100% of the deposit.
If we are able to rebook your room you will only be charged for the nights we are unable to fill plus a $15 administration fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved stay. You are considered a ‘no-show’ if you have not checked in by 8pm or do not notify us by phone of your later arrival.
Holiday Cancellation Policy: November 3-5, December 19 -Jan 5, Feb 17-21, April 5-8, 2012
Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the deposit.
If we are able to rebook your room you will only be charged for the nights we were unable to fill plus a $15 administration fee.
No-Shows will be charged 100% of the reserved stay. You are considered a ‘no-show’ if you have not checked in by 9pm or do not notify us by phone of your later arrival.
Card Charging Policies
We reserve the right to charge your card in the following instances:
· To guarantee your reservation (please see above).
· In the case of a No-Show (please see above).
· If any damage to or theft from your hotel room caused by you, your guests or your pets during your stay is discovered is after you have left.
· In the case of late cancellation or no show as per our cancellation policy (please see above)
· If you leave the hotel without settling your room or bar bill.
· If your things are still in the room at 3pm and you have not made arrangements for a late checkout.
